Rule: :Welsh has a similar word order to English.
Welsh - Ydy hi'n gallu sgio. (Is she able to ski?)
English - Can she ski?
Reflection: Looking at this example. Ydy means is, hi'n means she and gallu means 'can' or 'able to"
