Rule: Often Latin has a different word order to English. The extra detail is before the noun and the verb is at the end of the sentence.
Latin - Livia domi libros legit. (Livia at home books reads.)
English - Livia reads books at home.
Reflection: Perhaps, the verb is at the end of the sentence for emphasis.
